We are looking to hire a Management Trainee Officer for the HR department. Management Trainee Officer Program is a 3- 6 months comprehensive training that helps individuals in gaining the knowledge and experience required for advancement to an HR position. The candidate receives training in all the areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee engagement, documentation, and communication within the organization.
Your typical day at work will include
- Supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day tasks
- Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews, and preparation of the following steps
- Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees’ issues
- Maintaining a healthy communication system for the employees
- Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of standard operating procedures for better execution of the departmental duties
- Working in teams to achieve higher goals
Education/ Skills
- Degree in business, human resource management, psychology, or any other related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
- Strong interpersonal and listening
- Prior experience in working with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) will be an added advantage
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
- Excellent English communication skills

Location
Work from home till the end of November, however from November onwards candidate has to work from our office located in AMAZON MALL, Near DHA 2, Gate 1, Islamabad.
